New to grad school at UCSD? Get to know us! We’ll be hosting a series of three events to introduce you to GCF and to the area around UCSD.
On Thursday, 12 September 6pm, we will walk from grad housing across campus to gliderport with breathtaking coastal views to watch the sunset.
On Thursday, 19 September 5pm, come on a sunset hike in Torrey Pines, an area of cliffs overlooking the ocean. Need a ride to Torrey Pines? We’ll be arranging rides from grad student housing. Please contact us for more information.
On Thursday, 26 September 5pm, Potluck by the Nuevo east grills! Bring something to grill or a side dish

We are a group of graduate students, post-docs, and others who gather to learn what it means to follow Jesus in an academic setting. We meet every Thursday at 7pm, in person at UCSD’s grad housing, and we have other events from time to time, including worship, hiking, and game nights. If you can’t join in person, we can send you the link to join meetings on Zoom if you contact us from this website!
This summer, we will be studying the various parts in the gospel!
We will be starting on June 29th, after a two-week break at the end of the quarter.
If you’re living in grad housing (other than Coast), it’s easy to find us! We are meeting in the Exchange, at the far end of Nuevo East, at the corner of Regents Rd. If you drive, there is parking available after 5pm in P783.
